This place is not your run of the mill Beauty salon! This is a very professional operation. The decor is fabulous and it has a view like no other in Gatlinburg. I know because i am a local and have seen the other salons erected in an old motel room. Organic Infusion is the real deal...I won't let anyone else touch my hair but Megan. I love the way it looks every time she cuts my hair. She is a good listener and delivers on what she has been asked to do every time. I am a believer.
Had to get nails done while on vacation and these ladies took me last minute and Shauna did a fantastic job. Thank you
Maybe I went on a bad day? My family and I went to get our nails done quite early. The women working there were really nice, but they didn't seem very confident in what they were doing. On top of that, I got a pedicure, that not only took an extremely long time, but did not include a massage (even though they told us before that we were to receive one with a basic pedicure). I mean if you count lightly rubbing a foot for 3 seconds, I guess I got a massage. Moreover, when it came to actually painting my nails, they were not as professionally done as I would have liked, and each of us who received pedicures had to ask our pedicurist to fix it. The next day, most of my polish on 4 of my toes was gone. The atmosphere also was a bit weird. The place itself was very pretty, but not very relaxing, as it played too loud pop music.
My bridesmaids and I have services done here for my wedding a few days ago. They had just their hair done and I had my nails, hair and airbrush make up done (the gold bridal package) everything was wonderful and the stylists were very friendly! I couldn't have been more happy with how I looked when I left the salon for my ceremony! I would highly recommend this salon!
