Beyond...Not impressed! Walked in to rent a 4 wheel drive. I told the guy sitting behind the desk I wanted to rent one to go to Cade's Cove. He sarcasticaly said, "that's the first time I've heard that." Caught me off guard! His prices were posted...2 door $169, 4 door $199. I asked for a 2 door. He said it was $199 plus tax. I pointed to the sign, and asked about the posted price. He said those were all rented out! There were about eight to ten 4 wheel drives sitting out front. Needless to say...I left and went somewhere else. I'm assuming his pay has nothing to do with numbers rented! Just down the road...they were friendly, informative, and acted as if they appreciated my business.
Rented Green with Envy and rode around Greenbrier, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. We had so much fun. Will defiantly be back! Highly recommend!
Rented a jeep from here last week to enjoy the ride through the mountains.. Absolutely loved it! Made the entire trip! The people here were super friendly and helpful! Had a great time! I was in and out with the jeep in under 10 minutes! Highly recommend this place!!
The man who rented us the Jeep was very friendly and very easy to talk to. He gave helpful advice on how to get the most of our experience. We did have an issue. The Jeep overheated and the radiator burst. This was a completely freak incident that nobody could have prevented. Everything was running fine until we got to the top of the mountain and got out to take pictures. The best part of this is that we were about an hour away from the time to return the Jeep and then we had reservations to Dixie Stampede. When I called them they said they would call a tow truck. Within minutes the lady called back and said her son was coming to get us and bring us to our car so we could make our dinner reservations on time. It turned out her son was the guy who rented it to me to begin with. I was more than pleased with the service and would gladly rent from them again. Sometimes things happen but the difference they made by putting themselves out to help us meet our schedule means the world to me and my family. I read some bad reviews but I'm gonna chalk that up to those just being people who probably complain about everything. You can't please everyone but my family was well pleased and look forward to our next visit/rental from them.
