Tried to make a tanning appointment. Dont bother.contrary to the website NO BOOTH. Not a very customer oriented business.
STAY AWAY!!! I just called YESTERDAY to book an appointment 2-1/2 weeks out. I felt pressured to make a decision. The owner collected a deposit from me of $35 and once I had a chance to review online and look at pictures I had a bad gut feeling. I couldn't find anything positive and not a lot of pictures at all on FB like she said there were. It just didn't seem right. I called back WITHIN 24 hours of booking and she is rude stating "nope sorry we don't give back deposits, read our website." What a terrible way to run a business!! Here's a clue in customer service: TELL the customer to read the website PRIOR to making the deposit and at a MINIMUM let them know they are making a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This means nothing to me to lose this $35 as opposed to her ruining my wedding day. She can keep the $35 but after reading other terrible reviews I want to save the next bride the $35 deposit and the possibility of her day getting ruined!
Worst experience ever! Red headed Lady that worked on me, had no people skills whatsoever. Nothing but negative remarks on my hair. Made me feel horrible on my wedding day! Please Stay clear of this place!
I had my hair only done there two weeks ago. It was horrible. I was nervous to begin with since she scheduled my hair an hour and a half before I had to be 10 minutes away. She suggested this since my hair wouldn't have time to fall before pictures, even offered to let me change on site. After taking a $35 deposit she advises me pedicures aren't available in the area due to the Orientals. I wanted to cancel but I'd already paid my deposit. When I came in she immediately had me wait while she stepped outside to smoke. She stepped outside THREE times during the hour I was there. My hair looked nothing like the picture I pointed out. My hair was supposed to be down with a side part, pulled back by two barrettes that I brought myself. She used 18 bobby pins and my barrettes to pull most of it back and do an eleborate curl design. Then she teased my hair to "bump it up" in the front. At this point I was stuck, I had no time to go anywhere else. Then when paying the remainder she takes the $40 in my hand before telling me how much, it was $20 left after my deposit. When I said "it's only $20?" she turned her back and thanked me. Since it took over an hour I had to rush to change (quotes 30 minutes). While I was in her small, stuffy bathroom I overheard her on the phone complaining that I was changing and she was going to start charging people for it. It was her idea to begin with! I would never have scheduled an appointment so close if I'd known the "changing area" was a bathroom with no seating, clothing rack, or even ventilation. So stay away from this place! The woman is extremely unprofessional and doesn't listen to what you want.
She's crazy and people are right. Unprofessional
