Love Gatlinburg but not Gateway Package Store. I bought a box of wine, opened that evening only to find it tainted and tasted like something out of a horse. On my way out the next day I stopped a Gateway with BAD WINE and my receipt. I was issued a refund by a very rude clerk. After a week this "refund" has never been processed! I my world that's stealing, I even called this fine establishment only to be told to call back when the manager was in (too bad lady)! So do visit Gatlinburg but skip this place!
