My husband is a disabled vet..the attendant not only argued with him but kept his ID. She was very rude and disrepecrful. We've been getting is discount for years and she's worked there 3 years. Really don't know how she's kept her job. (Carol)
Will never park here again. They over charged me b/c I drive a 3500 dual wheel truck. No sign stated no trucks nor did it state designated spots for large vehicles. Have parked here for many years but will not park here again. On the visit to Gatlinburg I parked elsewhere with no problem for 4 other days.. Guess you lost out Premier Parking.. Also see other reviews on Yelp and better business bureau... They have a history of over charging and complaints.
It charges twice as much than other parking lot $10 but conveniently located.

All I can say it was a parking place. We were pulling sea doos and he said to us he would charge us double. That's fine crazy but fine since it's late August and they aren't that busy. He told us we could back out and find somewhere else to park and then rudely said whatever to my husband. So much for southern hospitality what a jerk and I will never use this lot again and I hope others don't either.
