I went down for vacation the week before my sister in law was getting married. I wanted to get her something unique from down there. I had gotten a sign made with their names and wedding dates. They did an amazing job and the service was great! They had it done in 1 day! Everywhere else said I would have to order it and it wouldve taken weeks to get. The sign was beautiful way exceeded expectations.

I picked the Arrowhead Wood Sign, and though I only specified the font, words, and the number of lines, the end product that arrived was EXACTLY what I had in mind. Order confirmation, production time, shipping confirmation, and customer service was excellent, and cost is very reasonable. The sign is light, so it will be easy to hang on the wall, and the craftsmanship is great. Should I ever need another custom wood sign of any type, I will order it from this company. I had paid Gatlinburg a visit back in April and decided to pick up a keepsake from the town. I came across this tiny woodshop and was inspired to have a sign made. I wanted it to display our family's nickname of sorts, and the spelling of it is admittedly horrendous and difficult. These fine gentlemen made me a beautiful sign, but unfortunately two of the letters were transposed. They apologized profusely, though it was not necessary. We didn't have enough time to wait in town for a new one, so they offered to ship it to my home in NJ for free. I doubt they even made a dollar from my sale that day, but their service and dedication to quality is impeccable. I pass by our awesome wooden sign every morning and think fondly about our trip to Tennessee. Many thanks to the kind folks at Wood Signs of Gatlinburg!
I called 2 days before I arrived for a last minute anniversary gift. They had it ready to go upon my arrival and the product was better than expected. Very friendly staff and an awesome little shop on the Gatlinburg strip. Parking is right next to the shop and very convenient.
