this place is beautiful but expensive.. But other than that I love the location beauty upgrade after the fire is awesome.. They put their hearts into it.. Came to tour it for the 3 day 2 night vacation package but was unaware of the stipulations so we hung around.. Ate at the second floor of the water park in their restaurant.. Nice place..One Of Most beautiful hotels in Tennessee.
Great place for kids & adults! Very friendly staff and plenty of stuff to do including 2 slides, a lazy river & 2 hot pools. We come here with our kids everytime we're in the area. Love it!
You pay full price for your kids and they not allowed to use half the things. Staff very rude, I couldnt swim because I have a small baby, so my kids were not allowed in lazy river because they had to be with a parent. When there is like 5 life guards watching the kids. The slides are for 48" and taller kids. My kids are all swimmers and can swim perfectly, and still they wernt allowed to do anything, just swim in the pool and use the kiddy area. So why in the world would you charge full price for a child when he cant do anything?? We are not coming back to this place. Rediculous waste of money!!!
This water park always delivers for our family of four (son 6, daughter 3). We come to this place 2-3 times a year for the past 6 years. We were there today, going back tomorrow. Yes, the water sometimes is cool. Yes, not all the water spouts work every time. But, not every place is perfect every single time. They keep the water heated to a certain degree. Sometimes it just feels cooler -- like today -- it was overcast and rainy. It seemed a little cooler. They are not trying to freeze the guests. We really, really enjoy this place! My kids want to stay all day every day! No complaints here! ❤
The water park is nice. Great for our kids. The sales people for west gate though are very pushy and rude. The only rude people I encountered in East TN were the sales guy and his boss from west gate. I was disappointed. When I told them "No, I am not interested in a timeshare" they should have left it at that. He kept pushing and pushing and pushing until it became very awkward and frustrating. Overall, the place is really nice. The condos are beautiful.
