Ab-SOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Nasty! Dirty! 1/2 of seating area closed ... computers down ... cash only and then 1/2 way through placing the order servers say they can't serve anyone else. I had already taken a slip of my Apple juice and they wouldn't let me just have it ... and the store was packed ... Saturday morning. ZERO customer service ... ZERO cleanliness ... Dunkin Donuts should be extremely embarrassed. HORRIBLE experience ... HORRIBLE customer service ... Will NEVER go in the Gatlinburg Dunkin Donuts again.
Whey out wake up 6am, hotel has lousy coffee but you are a block away, dd is a blessing. Love their expensive coffee and donuts. Was there when they opened so no wait, great service.
The service was terrible. There were 3 of us. We ordered seperate. I was the last to order and the one who ordered before me was the last to get her drink. They looked over at the table we were sitting as we watched them cut up and joking around. They finally asked if we needed something and I said her drink. They had forgotten her order.
What can I say? It's Duncan Donuts. Donuts were good, place was clean. No one was in there, and I still had to wait for about 10 minutes until the woman got off her cell phone...gheez, will it never end?
We got donuts & coffee, the girl put our donuts in bags, instead of a box & they stuck all together. We weren't very happy.
