I gave it 2 stars because the store is clean, well organized, and had a HUGE variety of choices. It received less than 5 because of the workers. The two people we have talked to here have not been very friendly. We love Tervis products, even own several, but this store is frustrating. Aside from that, we are also still dealing with a problem. They charged us twice for a purchase. One worker I talked to over the phone said they can't help us at all unless they have the transaction number from the top of the receipt. Since we really enjoy our Tervis products we purchased there, we no longer have that receipt... Having worked in retail, it just sounds like laziness. How is it you can't help with the date of purchase, amount, and card number? Anyway, we will most likely have to contact Tervis customer service for resolution, or possibly have to dispute it on our credit card. Ugh. I suggest just buying Tervis products online since everything in the store is offered online as well.
I love Tervis Tumblers. This store is a necessity to the area to offer these stores. No rings on the table from these cups. They're dishwasher safe and have a lifetime guarantee. You won't be disappointed by getting a cup from here.
