Beautiful, long walk, smoother hike during dry conditions.
Amazing. This is a less traveled spot than the rest of the trails in town, so it's less touristy. Beautiful views. Great for hiking or driving.
Rainbow Falls is considered one of the more difficult trails leading up to Mt LeConte lodge but I will say it is also one of the prettiest. I am an avid hiker and backpacker and I was both challenged and thrilled to do this trail. The trail head is easy to find and the trail itself is well maintained in my opinion. You will not regret hiking this trail
It's a climb that goes through some very rocky areas. Several small waterfalls that lead to rainbow falls. Definitely worth the hike.
