Amazing trail. Very scenic at the end and in between. Loved the hike to grotto falls. Take plenty of water and snacks and you'll be just fine. Sturdy hiking boots and hiking stick will help also.

Great trail! Parking can be crazy, be sure to go early in the morning.
We were there after a light dusting of snow. While the trail was a little muddy, it was a beautiful hike. The waterfall is breath-taking! If you visit Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, you must take this hike. It is close to 3 miles round-trip. It is Rocky. I believe it is classified as moderate.
