Don't go to the restaurant for having tasty food. It's worth what you pay. You get to eat a lot of different varieties of Italian food for less price. And the taste is not too bad.
Horrible experience, if I could give a zero I would. The selection was okay, but service was horrible. Cashier charged us for a baby that's 9months. She can't even eat anything CiCis has. And when they refunded us, neither her or the manager apologize for their rudeness or for charging us. I am beyond upset. I feel like we weren't even treated like their customers. We spent 100.00 for our group and we can somewhere else with this money. Stay away from them!
The food was good a lil chewy 4 my taste but not bad, salad was good and fresh, dessert was fine. The best part was how well they kept the tray's replaced with full pizzas. The volume of the music was extremely loud in the bathroom and the cutlery was very far away from the salt, pepper, and other items u would expect it 2 be with and the parking lot is rather odd.
Food was great, decent selections of different pizzas, salad bar was fresh, only issue was I was charged wrong for the child's buffet. They charged $3.99 each for my 1 and 3 year old, instead of charging $1.99 each.
