No A1, no ketchup , no tea (sweet nor unsweet), no filet, no peanut butter. Oh my goodness!!!

UT burger is delicious. Order it with lettuce and tomato and fries.
Then there are the hours. If you say you open at 5, OPEN at 5! Not 5:30 or 6. Multiple times.

Me and my love had our food delivered, when we received it he had ordered a medium rare ribeye sandwich, half of his ribeye was medium well while the other half was very rare. I ordered a medium burger which was so well done I couldn't even chew it. They forgot to bring our dessert and even though they did come back and bring it, which it was dry and stale btw, we told them about it and the food order not being right they didn't even offer a apology, refund, exchange or anything of the sort.
I'm so frustrated. I thought maybe they changed in a year. Nope.
Called in to place an order. The kid who asneered the phone sounded like he was stoned out of his mind, said they didn't have a delivery driver and then didn't even know where they were located. Listen to the other reviews and don't bother.
