We stayed in Friends in high places cabin which is Beautiful and well maintained. Location of our cabin is secluded but at the same time easily accessible with GPS. Excellent furnishing and amenities. Views are awesome. Would love to book same cabin for our next visit.
Customer service was very good, they answer their emails and phone calls promptly and politely. Cabin was very nice accept for a little lack of maintenance on the Hot tub. The pump was VERY loud and only barely produced any jet. Later that night it got worse and nearly seized up. We had to cut the breaker off to it to sleep. Other than that, it was peaceful and comfortable. Bed sleeps good, everything else worked. Electronic door lock started beeping right before we left and locked us out briefly (needs new batteries probably, no big deal). We called about the lock and they sent someone up pretty fast to check on us and make sure we got in. We would stay again...as long as the hot tub was fixed :-)
Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and professional. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and presentable upon arrival. Outstanding coupon package on arrival of tickets worth over $300. Whether or not one chooses to use the tickets or not, it still gives a great idea of the attractions that are available in the immediate area.
Had a great time at 'Smoky's Awesome View'. Everything was clean. Hot Tub was hot. Maintenance man was very fast and efficient at fixing the hot tub when it ran out of water. Will definitely be making this a yearly trip and check out the other cabins.
We stayed in Mountain Top View. Our cabin was absolutely perfect! Very clean, in very good condition and everything worked perfectly. Our expectations were blown away. The views were nothing short of amazing! All of the amenities and extras that were advertised were all there and worked perfectly. My personal favorite was the old school 2 player arcade game with over 30 games approximately on it. Customer service, check in and out were all very well done and quick. I have NEVER reviewed anything before but this was totally worth my time. I read through the review log that is left on the kitchen counter and saw not one bad review going back over 5 years and these are left by people that have actually stayed in the cabin. Any bad reviews you may read here on google are most likely left by jerks from other competitors in the area trying to scare away business. We will definitely be renting with his company again! Thank you for the memories!!
