With this being said that has been the only issue with this place I have ever had and to me (a person with high standards) they did more than their share to help me and make up for any inconveniences. That's all you can ask of a place when something out of their control happens. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY AND EVERYONE. The cabins are nice,clean and great shape. I love every cabin e have rented and will return again very soon!!!
Bad- after a long day of shopping,chasing children and walking miles we returned home to our cabin(with a pool) to find the pool being occupied by the kids of the people that were there to fix the pool that mind u had been broke for our entire stay. Along with this issue these kids were all over the place wild and many other things happened that were not exceptable for anyone. I was beyond mad,upset and hurt. I immediately contacted USA and expressed my saveir anger.
On the Creek, pictures are deceiving! Don't be fooled by the pictures, this place is old and wore down. The AC doesn't blow cold , we have 0 water pressure, bed bugs, the sheets have hair from down under on them, the floors are bad and have cracks, all of the outlets don't work, the shower upstairs leaks on the 1st floor, plus too may more to name. Really bad response from the #number t call. They couldn't accommodate us, said they could discount us til the end of the week or refund us if we leave tonight att 11pm. Seriously! 19 people at 11pm. Don't fall for this. Everybody knows how hard it is to get 19 Family members?
We used VRBO for the first 4 nights of our Gatlinburg trip and decided to stay an extra night so we booked a cabin through Cabins USA. The ease of booking online was superb. The place we rented was A Bear Trax, located at Sky Harbor right in the same area as our other cabin, so it was perfect. After booking we drove down to the office to check in and early check in was not allowed so when we arrived at 4pm, the place had not been cleaned. Trash on the porch and dirty linens on the sofa...I called and they seemed as though how dare I request someone get there promptly to clean it. We had dinner reservations and with 2 children, one who required a bath and a load of laundry to be done, this was highly inconvenient, the gentlemen didn’t seem to care. By now we had to hurry to dinner, but he assured me cleaning was in route. After dinner we return to find out, no one showed for cleaning. It took over 20 mins to get someone on the phone and once they were on the phone, I was placed on hold 27 mins before the manager answered. It’s now 8:30 pm and I have no solution. After suggesting they stop with apologizing and find a solution, they give us another cabin and speak it up as an “upgrade”, well it was 30 mins away from where we wanted to be and hardly an upgrade! It is so dated and has box tvs, wood fire place not propane and the beds are harder than the floor. I am so disappointed in the customer service and experience I had with this company that I WILL NEVER recommend anyone I know to use their rental service. At almost $300 for the night and a $76 discount, I’m still on the loosing end.
By far this is one of the best places to rent a cabin from in Gatlinburg,TN. Considering I make a trip to gatlinburg,pigeon forge about every 3-6 months for a weekend getaway or a long vacation stay. We love this place and super happy we found Usa cabin rental about a year ago. Here is the only bad experience and here is how it was handled and fixed beyond my standards. They went over and beyond my wants to make us happy.
Amazing customer service, even after a mix up in our reservations they went out of their way to right their wrong, upgraded our cabin and made our stay wonderful. We have stayed with them several times and have never been disappointed in the cabins or customer service.
Have been to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg cabins many times but never had such bad experience before. Bathtub is clogged, which there is another bathroom so all of us used one bathroom due to the inconvenience. The shower curtains have black fungus all over. The hot tub is all lined in green slime on the inside. When called the desk for just having hot tub cleaned, they said they are not sure when someone will be here to clean up. We are leaving next morning and can't enjoy as planned.
The Fix- within 5 minutes I had a returned call and those workers were kicked off the property and USA rental went very well over and beyond to make it up to us and make us completely comfortable and feel safe in our cabin. That company was fired and USA rental made it up to us in so many ways.
