We stayed in Incredible Views #78. The name was spot on! Perfect cabin, perfect location. We had a minor issue, and when I called Elk Springs they were very friendly, professional and responded right away. Very easy check in and out process. We couldn’t have asked for a more amazing first visit to the Smoky Mountains! We WILL be back and I WILL be calling Elk Springs!
Our three-day trip didn't feel nearly long enough, but we are already planning our next trip back. We can't recommend Elk Springs Resort, and specifically, The View enough. If you're thinking about planning a trip here, do it!
We recently stayed in The View to celebrate my wife's 30 birthday. This was our second time staying at an Elk Springs Resort cabin and our first time staying in The View. We wanted to have a relaxing long weekend in a cozy cabin with an amazing view (no pun intended) and that's exactly what we got!
AMAZING!!! This is our favorite place to get away. The cabins are gorgeous and have everything you need. The staff are extremely helpful and every time we go our experience is better than before. I highly recommend booking a cabin trip through Elk Springs. I recommend staying at least two nights because while there are so many activities nearby to take part in, you will want to have ample time relaxing in and enjoying the beautiful cabin!
We could not have had a nicer cabin, the staff at Elk Springs were more than helpful. We spent Christmas there and it was wonderful, we will be going back soon. The cabin we stayed in was clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed and close to all the area attractions. I have not had a better experience than this one, everyone was just thrilled with the accomodations it was even decorated with a tree, stockings and wreaths. What a pleasant surprise and a wonderful holiday we had!! Thank you Elk Springs Resorts!!
Stayed in cabin #104, Mountain Dreams, for four nights in May of 2016. We checked in after hours and the keyless entry system worked great. The cabin was gorgeous and very clean. The staff were all very friendly. The hot tub was warm and ready for us after a long day of hiking. We could see into the neighbors' cabin at night and could hear them talking when they were outside which did feel a bit odd. The views were stunning from the hot tub and the kitchen, however we liked to sit outside on the upper balcony and the trees definitely impeded the view. If the trees were trimmed down it would be a 5 star overall!
The cabin was beautiful and cozy, and we had a great time playing pool and arcade games every night. We also enjoyed the fireplace and staring out at the fall foliage while relaxing in the hot tub.
The movie theater is awesome, but be sure to bring some DVDs with you, as it is not hooked up to cable.
