I called and the lady I spoke with was very nice asking if I could hold for, a few seconds past then she came back to the phone. I told her we’re i worked for a discount, proceeded to tell my order and that it work be for carry out. Upon arriving they told us they took my pizza to were I worked, apologized and made us another pizza. The pizza was poorly cooked and we found several dark hairs cooked into the pizza and then when you order wings you get chicken tenders with wing sauce. The lady’s up front were extremely nice though
The MeatZZa was phenomenal, and our daughters loved the chicken tenders along with the fries.
I did not catch the deliver guy's name, but he was extremely friendly and prompt.
WAITED OVER 2 HOURS!!! We called and placed our order at 5:48 and they said it would be 40 minutes. At 7:02 we called again to ask where our order was and they said they had a couple deliveries before ours and they would be arriving within a couple minutes. We called again at 7:28 and we're told that the driver was lost as it would be just a couple more minutes. Then from 7:45 - 8:00 we tried to reach them to only get a busy signal. We finally got through asked for a manager we waited for about 3 minutes and then were hung up on. After several more attempts to reach them, we finally reached a manager and then they said it's bumper to bumper traffic and it would be a while longer (A BUNCH OF EXCUSES!) The manager was also very rude and tried to claim that they tried to call us but we didn't answer which is not true, we never received a call from them until the driver called us at 8:03 finally and we were able to give directions over the phone. It took over 2 hours to get our pizza and then arrived cold, garlic bread was plain and food was very disappointing as a whole. I suggest avoiding these guys.
I order often and usually really enjoy the food. Carrie is amazing and is very nice. I would rate higher stars but I've had one big issue. Two nights ago I ordered food and it came the burger was soggy the fries where rubber. Carrie told me I could get my get my food replaced if I called another night after 5. Well tonight I called and an older lady, who has been very mouthy before, gave me issues about getting my order saying I should have called the same night. I did they were closing I offered to just get it another night. Carrie agreed so they didn't have to stay open later. After a few confrontational words she asked my name said she had my ticket and agreed to send it out. It arrived near an hour and a half later. I love the food and at least Carrie. But I believe they need to work on the attitude of the phone attendendent.
This place was such a lifesaver; as we did not get into Country Inn & Suites until midnight.
We enjoyed the pizza, but didn't like the fact that you had to purchased can soft drinks. I ordered a garden salad..it was full of chopped up onions. Had the onions been sliced I could have removed them but being chopped up in little dices was horrible.. must have been about 100 chunks in the salad GROSS!!! I don't like onions. Will never order a salad from there again. Also the salad was prefixed in a plastic container.
