Ordered online for delivery to my hotel. 44 dollars worth of food. According to the tracker it was made and out for delivery quickly however after it said he had left for delivery I still had to wait 25 minutes! My medium pizza wasn't even sliced. Imagine being in a hotel room with hungry kids and no way to cut a pizza. Called the store just to let them know and I got a "sorry we've been busy" .....
GUYS DONT TRUST THIS DOMINOS IN GATLINBURG THE STAFF IS BAD!!! I think that’s enough to say IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY HERE THEN GOOD LUCK
Have never had such a bad experience at a Domino's as this one. Ordered for delivery but received a message from delivery guy that he had the wrong room # at the resort we were staying at and "you cant answer your phone, so I'm going back to Domino's" Our phone did not ring. As soon as the message beeped on the phone, we stepped outside ti catch the driver but he was nowhere in sight. Called the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes so went to pick it up. Then waited another 10 minutes. As we told the cashier what happened, someone who appeared to be the manager, yelled they didn't answer the phone. Told cashier at this point pizza was likely cold and we had to pick it up ourselves so felt it should be free. The manager declined so we left it there
Place a delivery order at 915pm. Told 45 min delivery time. At 1015pm no pizza, called and was told it was on its way. ARRIVES AT 1101PM, COLD..... NO ONE ANSWERED MY CALLS AFTER DELIVERY.... I WONDER WHY. I would give no star but that option does not exist.
Called to order carry out, asked if they had Canadian bacon or ham, the lady on the phone didn’t know the answer so she asked the cooks, who laughed at the question. Arrived to pick up, asked to use the restroom (I am 7 months pregnant) - was told the closest restroom was the food city up the road, (about 3/4 mile) I left and went to the big bear pizza up the road - which is a lot closer than food city, the lady was so welcoming there, I ordered my pizza there. Pizza was awesome, cheap, clean restroom, super friendly and fast service. Will not return to dominoes here in Gatlinburg. Will absolutely go to big bears.
