Had ordered delivery online to our hotel Aug. 6, 2017. We ordered a large pizza and garlic knots, spent roughly $20 plus a $5 tip to the driver. Food was good. But, from one pizza worker to another, when you deliver to hotels do the right thing and bring plates and napkins to each hotel customer. Not only is it good customer service, and boosts business, your drivers would receive better tips too.
My family and I had just driven through the Smokey Mountains and stopped here to grab a pizza. When I asked to use the bathroom the manager stormed out of the back told me I could not use it, he said that they have a bathroom that's only for them, when I expressed that my local Papa Johns was kind enough to allow me to use the bathroom he said well were not them. I told him I was intending on purchasing food and he said well that's too bad you still can't use the bathroom.
Though the pizza at Papa Johns is usually tolerable I wasn't given the opportunity to purchase food because the manager of this location was rather pompous and incredibly incompetent.
Great pizza! I ordered online and arrived 30 mins early, they went ahead and made my order. Doesn't get any more fresh than that.
Obviously I did not and will not be purchasing pizza from this establishment and I would encourage all others to take there business to a location that had basic respect for human decency and a manager who can show some hospitality. Based on this experience I will be reevaluating my pizza choices and am unlike to shop at another Papa Johns.
The manager should be fired for his incompetence
I used to order from Pap johns pizza, but this store is horrible. It takes long time to be delivered (almost one hour to be delivered), and it was burned!!!
Love this place I'm a local am,i will not go anywere else they treat everyone jsust like they want to be treated friendly staff an great food
