At first I had a terrible experience... long story short, I ended up coming to the restaurant and they busted it to make it right. I understand things can happen, but it is what you do to rectify the situation that is important. They definitely did that and I appreciate their efforts.
Self service, near completely. Very quite. Great food and good decor. Now hiring sign outside. Does seem they could use some people, though the person at the counter was pleasant.
Such a nice experience provided by the staff. Sadly, the technology was testing the patience of the staff. Though the manager stayed cool and positive, the orders I witnessed were not what everyone was served. Our order was take out. When I got home and presented our dinner to the family, it was not what we ordered. Check your food before you leave.
I insisted on stopping here even though it was all tucked away and was nearly empty, which is usually a bad sign. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised that the food was actually very good, the staff was friendly, and the kitchen was very clean. We have both worked in the restaurant industry for many years and always notice the dirty details, weather we want to or not. Even the bathrooms were spotless.
