2 years in a row, specifically last year and this year we have scheduled a vacation with Cabins For You and both years they waited until a week before we were to leave for Tenn. and CANCELLED our vacation. Both years it has been for our whole family , our one and only vacation for the year and these people cancelled our whole vacation for us all ! Do you think we are happy? NO!!! Do you think we can find anything else ? NO!! So last year you ruined 10 people's vacation and this year you have ruined 13 people's vacation and you seem to think " I'm sorry" makes it ok . Well, sad to say it really doesn't. I (we) will never try to rent from you again and will detour as many people as possible from your business with this sad but true story!

We went to Gatlinburg this past week have been going for over 30 years. This year I booked a cabin thru American Patriot Getaways and it was horrible. First night we saw roaches and I immediately called they were supposed to send someone to spray but they never showed and then realized there was NO working fire alarms in the cabin. We left the next day and forfeited 3 nights paid for already I refused to stay somewhere Nasty and unsafe. When I called them they said they were wood roaches well a roach is a roach in my opinion.
My husband and I honeymooned in Gatlinburg 30+ years ago. We loved it and went back for years after , until our health and age got the best of us. We have not been there for about 10 years now and would have loved to show our children and grandchildren around. And for the last 2 years we have tryed to, but as you will see in the next paragraph , sadly we have not been able to .
