Great prices. Excellent food. Our server was Reginia, she did a wonderful job, very friendly, polite and attentive. The restaurant has a beautiful rustic woodland mountain resort motif. Warm and inviting, especially on a cold winter's day. Highly recommended.
For the prices they charge I don't think the food is worth it. The salad bar was the star of the show with a nice selection. We had two sirloin steaks one with peppercorn sauce which was gelatinous...and one with blue cheese. The blue cheese tasted store bought and was not worth the $3 upcharge. The sweet potato casserole was good and the maple butter sweet potato was even better. The sirloin were way overcooked from our order though which was disappointing. The beef kabobs with cherries was a joke. They came out and the cherries were maraschinos from the can. Sickeningly sweet and not worthy of being served with a dinner at this price point. Come on Park Grill... You can do better than this... Service was great though!
Pulled pork sandwich was super tasty! Their barbecue sauce is "award winning" for a reason. The lobster bisque was really good and did not use imitation crab or lobster. Our server was such a sweet southern lady who made you feel special. Service was fast and atmosphere was authentic. Not a gimmicky Gatlinburg restaurant. Some pricing seemed a little excessive, such as $12 salad bar, but other than that prices were reasonable for the quantity.
Fantastic, upscale restaurant located at the end of the strip in Gatlinburg. Beautiful decor, great service, and a fantastic salad bar make this a place to visit. Offer a decent selection of fish, chicken, and steak. The dinner rolls are delicious! We will be back!
Our waiter was Lyle. He was great, our glasses were always full. The food and service was really really good. We ate at lunch and it was perfect. We came here 11 years ago after we got married. It was perfect then and still the same!!!
