First time rafting and brought my parents who are quite spry (my dad is in his 80's!). Hobbit was absolutely amazing making sure everyone was ok - this place is the BEST! Will be back for sure, ready for Level II - my son had a great time and I am so glad we decided to give it a try. Prices are reasonable and they took great pictures from several angles (didn't want to chance bring a cell phone and forgot to get a disposable camera). They sell the pictures after but the prices are definitely reasonable and well worth it.
This was so much fun. The staff is so kind and helpful. Our tour guide, Hobbit, was very accommodating with my grandparents. Reasonable prices for the boat ride as well as for the pictures they take.
My husband and I booked the zip lining and rafting combo ... we had a blast! What a great staff - they were so friendly and sincerely wanted guests to have a great time! We will definitely be back next time we are in the smokies!
The friendliest staff and the most experienced guides. I highly highly recommend these guys if you want to experience safe and the most amazing white water rafting experience of you life. We did the upper river with Level III & IV, our first time doing these levels, and had the most amazing experience. Our highly experienced guide Fletcher made us feel comfortable and fearless from the get go. Will only visit these guys if ever back in this area. 5 STARS.
We did the zip line and rafting combo. It was absolutely amazing. All our guides Ron and Chase for zip lining, and Hobbit for rafting, were incredible!! They were knowledgeable, made us feel safe and made sure we had a great time!! All the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. We want to come back again with the whole family!!
