5 stars for memorable atmosphere, quick service, nice entertainment, and mostly because EVERY person greeted us and made us feel special. Also, the hummingbird cake is YUMMY. Thank you.
My boyfriend and I came in at 8:05 on a Sunday night to an empty restaurant (they close at 9). At other restaurants, I’ve dealt with frustrated staff members in that situation, so we braced for it. Not here. They seemed happy to see us and were so helpful. They were busy setting up for an event they were having the next night and at least three people stopped by to make sure we were taken care of and enjoying our meal. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!!
By far one of the prettiest restaurants I've ever been to. My husband and I randomly picked this place out and it was a great choice. They had live music and the food was good. I would highly recommend this place.
Beautiful rustic restaurant atmosphere. Great staff. And the food is some of the best I've had!!! Chicken parm is the house specialty and it's a HUGE plate. My wife got the grilled chops and they were fall off the bone tender. Best in the Smokies !
Nice view, location good however worst place I've visited in Tennessee! Was there with a wedding party and they took advantage of our event. Bad decision to bring our guest to dine here. The menu seemed over priced and some items were very good, but most were not. I will never return nor invite anyone to dine here. I was a party of one on my ticket and spent 67.?? And some change. Tips are for the service given and not demanded! They must learn this. They put a 20% tip on everyones tickets and demand it be paid. Which was well more then deserved. I have done restaurant's and never would cheat anyone? When asked why they done that? They stated it was posted on the front door and menu and the web site, for any party over 6 people 20% would be added. Which I have not found true. Then a staff commented if we couldn't afford the prices not to order. very poor hospitality in my book! Not only did they charged $1.00 each for us to serve wedding cake that was brought in from the wedding. even thou not all guest eat sweets, wanted nor still around after waiting to be served while waitress was playing around in break room. Right behind our table with half doors so you could see in and hear conventions. Worse experience ever! Seriously... and if I could they wouldn't even gotten a star! Had not I wanted to give a review.
