Weekend nights are super busy. If you visit during the week you shouldn’t have any problem be seated quickly. They offer call ahead seating for one hour prior to arrival.

We always enjoy dining at The Peddler. The quality and service is consistently good. It isn’t the cheapest dinner in town but that’s not the experience they offer. It’s a little old school- lots of wood, whiskey, and meat.

If you’re lucky you can catch a glimpse of one of the many bears that stroll by. There’s lots of windows overlooking the mountain stream and side.

This location has really gone down in quality. We have come here for years, and were never disappointed...until this time. The rib eye was not even room temperature, the baked potato was so cold it wouldn't even begin to melt butter. The servers were very good, and I commend them for that. With that being said, I believe it is the server's responsibility to make sure the food he/she brings to the table is at least warm, or better yet, hot, if that is how it should be. This was, obviously, not the case. However, for the price you pay for the 'Peddler' experience, this was a complete disappointment. And, very lacking in quality. After speaking with several other customers while exiting, this was also their experience. Unfortunately, this may be our last dinner at this Peddler.

We went here for our first wedding anniversary. The steaks were nice and tender and cooked just the way we wanted them and our waitress was super nice. I would suggest getting there about 30 minutes before they open because they fill up fast or making a reservation. They have seating near the creek as well, but I think you have to reserve that specific seating. All in all it was a perfect way to spend our anniversary.

The staff here is always friendly. The food is great. The patrons include locals and tourists from all over. There is no set dress code. The staff dresses in business casual but patrons can be dressed in suits and dresses down to shorts and t-shirts.

Absolutely wonderful food, and wonderful service to match! Make sure you allow plenty of time when you go though. The wait can be up to hours. They do not make reservations, but there is call ahead seating. We called ahead, and the wait was 2 hours, at the time. We found it advantageous to sit in the bar area with a little to no wait. But no matter how long you wait, the meal is absolutely worth it! The entrees come with a salad bar, and the salad bar was amazing! Very well stocked salad bar. Steaks and grilled trout was delicious. My wife and I shared a chocolate cake with ice cream for desert. It was huge! Between the two of us, we couldn't finish it all.
