Great food. Great service. I eat at Melting Pots frequently, so I am obviously a fan.
We took our kids as it was our anniversary while we were camping in the area. The staff and service were excellent. It was great that they had gluten free options so it was safe for me as well. So tasty and we had a great time.
However, this restaurant did upset me. My friend accidentally left her keys after dinner. The next day we called the restaurant and asked if they had seen them. We couldn't get a real response, and ended up calling three different times throughout the day to see. Each time we got the same answer: no.
Frantically we searched for the missing keys for HOURS. For one last leap of faith, my friend went into the restaurant to ask a fourth time. This time - they found them. Turns out the manager the night before had immediately found them and put them in the office.
Extremely nice and competent staff and a well run restaurant over-all.
Always have a great meal; great service; and a quiet, private booth as we requested... It was our anniversary and they even had a card wishing is happy birthday signed by all the staff there as well as writing Happy Anniversary in chocolate on our dessert plate! We've been celebrating here 3 years and plan to continue! Great romantic dinner!!!
The staff's lack of desire to search - or even ask someone who may have known - caused us a lot of headache and grief. Not the type of service I would expect from a place like this. Very disappointed.
It is a little pricy, but the quality and amenities are worth it.
Everything we had was excellent from the cheese appetizer through the court bouillon main course, down to the chocolate desert.
We have gone here twice before and had very good experiences. However, I don't know of there is new management or what but we haven't had a good experience the last two times we've walked through the doors. In fact, nothing has gone well at all. We were turned away the first time because they said they were too busy yet there weren't any tables filled. Today, upon walking through the doors we were greeted unpleasantly with, 'It will be a 30-40 minute wait.' No hello, no welcome, and certainly didn't even ask if we might have reservations. Again, there were more than plenty of empty tables. Very confused as to why a restaurant would treat potential paying customers this way. I would suggest moving on down the road to another place. Cherokee Grill has smiles and welcomes!
