The food isn't good and the service is terrible. Even with the "free" gift certificates it still isn't worth it. Just enjoy your vacation and go eat somewhere else!
Stopped by for supper with a receipt a nice couple chose to share with my husband and myself whom were checking out. Nice gesture and greatly appreciated. When we arrived at the establishment, I notice the receipt specified to use, the name on the receipt must match ID. Understanding. But to hear it from 2 female in the bar, a male, and then to call their boss was excessive. We agreed to order and pay. We ordered the tater tot entree. My husband requested no sour cream. I told the server that I wish to have the sour cream. She then said she would include my sour cream on the side in a container. I told her that was fine. Long story short, we return to our rooms began eating and saw a white sauce on the bottom on the tots. He called and they informed us it was cheese. He inquired about the sour cream that my tray was suppose to had. The lady apologized for me not receiving it. The end. This was my 2nd visit. Uncertain of a third.

Rating with one star simply because the food was good; however, service was PITIFUL! Eddie took 20 minutes to get our drink order and another 10 minutes to bring them to us. We ordered our burger when we ordered our drinks and made it known that we were going to split the burger. Burger came and had to request plates so we didn't have to lay our burger on the table... ugh! We received those after Eddie checked on his other couple tables that were also noticibly frustrated. Then comes the check that we had to ask for after waiting and waiting... We ordered a burger, an extra order of fries, a Pepsi, and a water. The bill included what we ordered but also listed chili and coffee. My husband had the manager assist so we could get out the door quicker. Poor Eddie said it was his first night serving. The poor guy needs much more training!
Sports bar!? Whatever! Kids bar! Rudest bartenders ever. Just left there 30 minutes ago. Blonde bartender is a f_ing b. I will never set foot in there again. 1st and only time!
