Though I see many negative reviews about Gatlinburg parking lots, this lot has a $6 maximum charge which is quite reasonable.
The parking attendant just changed me a whole hours rate for being over 1 minute. Even though I sat in their line for at least 5 minutes.
Decent price, but who doesn't take AMEX?
Parking is reasonable although there is no handicap access out of the parking area without going through Johnny Rockets elevator. All parking areas should be handicap accessible. Disappointing.
Avoid at all possible, have been waiting to get out of the garage for 30 minutes and have not even moved 1 of the 4 floors !
