This was the first time I have been to a hollywood wax museum, and was told that in other locations that the wax statues are roped off. Here you can get into scenes with them and take great pics. My husband and I really enjoyed this attraction. This was a lot of fun while it lasted, because it was very short. That is my only complaint about it.
My boyfriend and I visted this place in May. We were leary to visit after reading all the reviews, but went ahead and did it anyways, and certainly didn't regret it! All the characters were interactive, so you could stand by them all and take pictures. It was such a funny time!! All of our friends and family loved the pictures we took here. Some of the characters were a little iffy, but I was able to easily identify 98% of them!! The horror part was really cool :) Would definitely visit again!!!!

My family and I have been to Gatlinburg several times but we have never been to the wax museum. So when we took our vacation to Gatlinburg in May 2010, we decided to go to the wax museum since we were running out of things to do. The price to get in is much cheaper than most attractions in Gatlinburg so I can't really complain about that. And although the wax figures were neat and different than what you normally see in Gatlinburg museums, they weren't as life like as I had expected and some of them didn't even look like the actor they represented. We were able to have a good time taking our pictures with the figures, but like I said, some of them were just not accurate. You buy tickets on the street and then you have to go upstairs to the museum itself. The entire museum in on one floor and there really aren't as many figures inside as you would think. If you've never been to the wax museum in Gatlinburg, or to any wax museum, then it's worth going just once, but once you've been, I don't recommend going back...if it's anything like the rest of the museums in Gatlinburg, the exhibits will be the exact same 10 years from now.
Some of characters are done really well others I didnt think looked at all like who they were supposed to be. All were better than I could do. The one good thing about it is you can actually get in with them and take pictures which at most wax museums you cannot. Its was fun for sure. Price was kinda steep for 20 minutes of fun.
