The hotel is located right next to the downtown. So while you reach sugar land distillery in less than 10 min you still wake up to the beautiful view of hills and serenity. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Rooms have well located power outlets that were a huge plus. Lightening was awesome as I don't like rooms that are not well lit, so extra lights for me are a plus. Good as usual was tasty and fresh, the breakfast room was clean and spacious.
****Update**** the hotel manager called to talk with me about my stay. This guy is awesome!! He actually takes time to read Google reviews!! And follows up!! They are taking service back to old school, which is a guest focused experience. I can't say enough about positive I feel about this place. Changed from 4 starts to 5 starts.
House keeping is hit or miss.... But overall a great hotel. Awesome location and an indoor watermark.
Very nice hotel, close enough to the strip to walk. Good breakfast, had a few more options than most Holiday Inn Expresses. Clean, new looking rooms with comfortable beds. We'll definitely be back!
We were so impressed! Beautiful hotel, rooms very clean and updated. The staff super friendly and helpful, the water gym they created for children is something to behold! The breakfast had 3 different choices just for eggs, scrambled, cheese omelette or a white omelette with veggies, a basket containing apple or pumpkin butter was just awesome!
Wonderful location. The rooms were quiet and very accommodating. The staff was exceptional. Plus they had a freaking heated indoor water park thing.
