I would like to preference my comments by stating that we did not rent directly from the hotel, but apparently from owners of the unit. We were told to contact them directly and not to go to the office for any reason. We rented this place when we went to Gatlinburg to see the Gaithers. I can honestly say it was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. The apartment was in much need of updating, but our main complaint was the filth. There was literally INCHES of dust everywhere, especially in the bedroom on the headboard and picture frames. The air conditioner filter had not been cleaned in years. When we pulled back the covers the sheets had obviously been slept on and hadn't been changed in many MONTHS and we were scared to even sit on the stained couch. We called our contact # and left a message complaining about the cleanliness. They called back hours later & offered to send somebody over to clean, but since we had already cleaned for a couple hours we asked them not to come since we were leaving for the evening and had already unpacked. When we returned we noticed someone had been there, even after we requested they not enter. The only thing we noticed was they changed the bedspread, but not the filthy sheets. The three of us that stayed there tried to keep our shoes on our entire stay, but we all had to throw our socks in the trash because they were so disgusting. Could have been a decent place to stay had somebody bothered to thoroughly clean. It seemed the owners had somebody who cleaned for them but obviously hadn't checked on the apartment in a very long time. Unfortunately we couldn't find a vacancy anywhere or we would have left and demanded a return. Very disappointing.
I definitely won't be going back to this place. We were originally given a 2-bedroom condo on the second floor that had stains all over the shag carpet, and most of the lights didn't work. The bed in the master bedroom had two deep indentions on the mattress from where so many people have slept in it. The lights in the second bedroom didn't work at all, and when we switched one of the bulbs in the ceiling fan with one from the light in the kitchen area we found a tear in the comforter along with a black stain, and a white crusty looking stain! We went to the lady at the front desk who told us there was no housekeeping service, but she'd try to find us another room. After calling four of their other properties, she ended up giving us a room on the first floor of the same hotel since the people renting it wouldn't be there until the next day, and the other properties she called didn't have a 2-bedroom. That room, while nicer, had a bad odor in it, and had skid marks left in the toilet! The kitchen area was also dirty and stained, and there were still drips of coffee left in the coffee pot. The towels also had makeup stains all over them. We agreed to keep the room, however, since literally nothing else was available. In all, I'd never choose to stay here again, and I'd strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Very disappointing! The carpet in our condo was filthy. The living room only had one couch that was falling apart. The sliding door to the patio was broken and would not lock. The TV remote in the spare bedroom did not work. The only good thing about this place was the location. Not worth the money. I have stayed at Super 8 motels that were nicer.
My stay was OK. Stayed in room 306. Could use improvement. Blinds, furniture and etc. Whomever does the hotel laundry. Doesn't do a very good job. Mattress cover was stained. One of the pillows had old blood stains. And the towels could be cleaner. And the broken blind slats in the closets were a nice touch. Lol. Will not be returning next year. Will be finding a better place to stay. Pictures online look nothing like the actual rooms. False advertising at it's best.
