Nice place to stay, a few minutes of walking distance to all the shops and attractions. Front desk staffs and kitchen staffs was very nice and friendly. The room was clean, bed was soft, chairs for you to sit in front of your room to enjoy the views, fresh air and what not. Enjoyed the hot and cold breakbreast. Would stay here again in the future.
Nice place to stay, walking distance to almost all things in gatlinburg. We are enjoying our stay and would stay again.
The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi did not work properly. Other than that everything was great!
Pretty good rooms for the price. The breakfast is decent. They have make-your-own-waffles, biscuits, eggs, yogurt, juice, etc. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The inn is in a great location. Very close to all the attractions in downtown Gatlinburg.
Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious room with a very clean bathroom. Comfy bed, but the pillows were very small and not that great. Medium sized pool was clean and easily accessible. Location is great; you can walk to anything on the strip or take a Trolley. Very well priced for what you get. I would definitely recommend.
