Checking in at the front desk they were extremely nice and accommodating. The room itself is gorgeous… Fireplace ,nice kitchenette, king size bed. When we entered our room we were overcome by a cigarette smoke smell. There was an ashtray on every balcony so they obviously encourage smoking. The front desk was very helpful and immediately moved us to another room because of the smell. The next day me and my husband were relaxing in our room in the afternoon and another couple walked into our room with their bags, they were given a key to our room. Again the front desk was extremely nice and apologized. The next morning at 8:00 AM the cleaning crew was cleaning the room next to us and slamming doors continuously. At around 930 they started beating on our door and repeatedly ringing the doorbell. We were just trying to relax on our last day there and it was impossible to do. Also the showerhead looks like something that was bald at the dollar tree, very poor water pressure. The room was also dirty and not cleaned very well from the previous guest.
I was just able to spend one of the most wonderful vacations at your resort with my mother and her four sisters. The staff was wonderful, the decorations inside and out we're beautiful, the suite was great, even the other guests were very nice and seemed happy to be there too! I want to thank give a special thank you to Wanda in the Activity Center. I had a great time visiting and crafting with you and Ashley. Thank you. I highly recommend moms and dads that you take your children to the activity center for the activities they offer. You may even want to participate yourself. I'd like to say Merry Christmas to all of you and I hope to see you again someday. Thank you again for a wonderful home away from home. You made me feel like family and I didn't want to leave!
We stayed at the resort over Christmas and we had a blast! The rooms are like condos, we were able to cook a full Christmas dinner in the room. The staff was friendly and responded promptly to us needing a screw driver for the new toys the kids received. The rooms and grounds were clean. The kids had a great time at the waterpark and pool. The resort is in a great location, walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip. We did not want to leave. Will definitely be returning!!
Buyer Beware! You will more easily exit a marriage than a timeshare! The contract is legally binding forever! It says “forever” in the contract! Maintenance fees go up every year! It’s not worth it. Do not fall for it! Foreclosure is the only way out and that hurts your credit. It has no value. It has no equity after paying it off. It’s garbage! Don’t do it!!!
This resort is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Our kids loved the indoor water park and loved that it was open until 11. We will definitely stay here again!
