Love this place. Great place to stay close to Village. Great rates. Very polite staff.
Very nice rooms. The king jacuzzi suite is definitely sweet. Fireplace visible on both sides of the wall. 1 side facing the common area and the other is situated in the jacuzzi room. Toilet and tub have their own room, big double sinks divide the Hugh bathing area, takes up 1/2 the suite lol King bed and a hide-a-way couch bed, a closet separate sink to do some dishes and get drinking water. 2 minutes from the Aquarium, easy to find.
This was a great place to stay for a great price! Would definitely stay again, no signs of any bed bugs which I'm always concerned about when staying at places. The only thing negative I can say is that the carpet needs to go, very dirty.
The location was wonderful. With that said, I have visited this location many times since I was a child and have nothing but good things to say. That all changed with this visit. The room was old and not cared for. The toilet ran all time, the shower leaked all the time and turn the faucet leaked and the drain was stopped up. Now , the cleaning people made only one bed and left the other unmade and towels and trash not picked up. The stay was so poor that we choose to leave a day early, drive 8 hours rather than to stay another night. When checking out early no concern about the experience just safe travels. Guess they just don't care.
We stayed in one of the Inn's Condos and my in-laws were in a standard room on the same floor. We really enjoyed the stay. Both the condo and the room were clean and spacious - which is key. The room was fine. Nothing spectacular but all the basic amenities. The condo, though, was really really really great. We loved staying there with our two young kids. Plenty of space, well kept and maintained, all the necessary appliances. And it's right off the main strip of Gatlinburg so we could walk anywhere, which we loved. The only reason it's 4- instead of 5-out-of-5 stars is because the front-desk staff wasn't hugely helpful; plus, there were tiny little things that went wrong: we didn't have a broom or dust-pan in the condo; one of the stove-burners was non-functioning; the phone in the room worked only poorly. But these were minor things in comparison to the all-around really excellent accommodations. We were really happy with our stay.
